The Stradins Museum in Riga bought a wax Vesalius original prototype model , the money went to ARSIC ( Art Researches Science International Collaborations ) towards the funding of our Fabrica Vitae exhibition . This gave us the idea for sponsoring the search for the grave we only need to sell 5 of these models to sponsor the search for the grave and go to phase 3 and 4 towards finding the remains of our anatomist. the wax head costs 2500 euro ( half the price of the bronze buste) and can be ordered as a fully coloured up version or as a monotone one. If you would like to become a sponsor please contact Theo Dirix or Pascale Pollier  about how to become a sponsor and own a unique wax version of the facial reconstruction portrait by (R. Neave-P.Pollier)

From Pavlos Plessas's blog, the first entry of 2016, with some comments on the Pollier/Neave Vesalius monument, inaugurated on Solomos Square in September 2014: http://pampalaia.blogspot.co.uk/2016/01/2016.html

For all the Friends who attended the Vesalius Continuum Conference in Zakynthos, in September 2014, and are worried about Solomos Square and the faith of the Neave/Pollier statue, things seem to be moving. I copied these photographs from friends on FB:

Just received some recent photographs of Solomos Square in Zakynthos, (thank you, WN). It seems the municipality thinks of moving the V-statue, but we still don't know where it will land. In the sixties the V-buste on Ladikos Square also moved a few meters; the V-memorial in Kalogerata even disappeared. V-streets and squares have changed names through the years. He doesn't get a lot of rest there, does he?

On Nov 10 2015 in Ghent, Belgium: together with some of the "diabolical AV trio", the Cerberus or three headed dog that watches over all Vesalius research, we will again refute some AV hoaxes.
